CapybarAI is a personal website operated by its owner. The owner is responsible for the limited personal data described in this notice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to privacy@capybarai.net.
What data may be processed
When someone visits the site, Cloudflare may process ordinary request and security metadata needed to deliver and protect the service.
Cloudflare Web Analytics also processes limited traffic and performance information, including page path, referring site, country, device type, browser, operating system, page views, visits, loading performance, and Core Web Vitals.
CapybarAI does not currently provide user accounts, contact forms, comments, newsletters, advertising, session replay, or user-level profiles. Please do not send confidential information through the website.
Why the data is used
The limited data is used to deliver and secure the site, diagnose technical problems, and improve navigation and performance. The controller relies on legitimate interests under section 24(5) of Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, balanced against the rights and interests of visitors.
Service provider and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, and security. When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate usage data. Cloudflare may process data in countries where it and its service providers operate. Cloudflare describes its international processing and safeguards in its current privacy documentation.
Retention
Cloudflare states that Web Analytics keeps unsampled beacon data for seven days and then stores aggregated data; dashboard data is available for six months. Security and request-log retention can depend on the Cloudflare services and configuration in use. CapybarAI does not create a separate visitor-level analytics database.
Cookies and similar technologies
CapybarAI does not deliberately set non-essential cookies. Some Cloudflare security features may set strictly necessary cookies when enabled. This notice and any consent design will be reassessed before adding embeds, forms, newsletters, or other tools.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, visitors may have rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. Because the site does not create visitor accounts or persistent identifiers, CapybarAI may not be able to connect aggregate analytics with a particular person.

This notice will be updated if the site begins collecting new kinds of data, uses new services, or appoints a data protection officer whose contact details must be provided.
