What data may be processed
When someone visits the site, Cloudflare may process ordinary technical request, delivery, and security data needed to deliver and protect the service. The site is not designed to create user accounts, advertising profiles, or detailed visitor records.
Cloudflare Web Analytics processes limited, aggregate website and performance measurements. Depending on the live Cloudflare configuration, this may use browser performance beacons and edge measurements. This analytics product does not use cookies or local storage for those measurements.
The site does not currently provide user accounts, contact forms, comments, newsletters, advertising, session replay, or user-level profiles. If you email the privacy contact, the owner receives the information included in your message through Cloudflare email routing and a Gmail mailbox. Please do not send confidential information through the website or by ordinary email.
Why the data is used
The limited data is used to deliver and secure the site, diagnose technical problems, understand aggregate use, and improve navigation and performance. The controller relies on legitimate interests under section 24(5) of Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, balanced against the rights and interests of visitors.
Service provider and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, security, email routing, and, when enabled, aggregate Web Analytics. Gmail receives privacy correspondence routed to the owner. These providers may process data in countries where they or their service providers operate. Their current privacy documentation describes their international processing and safeguards.
Retention
Cloudflare Web Analytics and security/request-log retention depend on the live Cloudflare services and configuration. Multi-sided CapybarAI does not create a separate visitor-level analytics database. Privacy correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the correspondence, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping needs. As an ordinary operating baseline, a closed privacy or site-administration thread may be kept for up to 12 months after closure. It may be retained longer where reasonably needed for an unresolved request, security investigation, legal duty, complaint, limitation period, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. Unnecessary attachments and identity evidence may be deleted earlier.
Cookies and similar technologies
Multi-sided CapybarAI does not deliberately set non-essential cookies. Some Cloudflare security features may set strictly necessary cookies when enabled. This notice and any consent design will be reassessed before adding embeds, forms, newsletters, or other tools.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, visitors may have rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. Because the site does not create visitor accounts or persistent identifiers, Multi-sided CapybarAI may not be able to connect aggregate analytics with a particular person.
